With the purchase of the Four Seasons RV Park in Salida, your vacation options with us have increased! The Four Seasons RV Park is equipped with 67 full service, pull through and back in spaces. There are four fully furnished, one bedroom vacation park models in the park that can comfortably sleep up to four. All of this with private riverfront access to the beautiful

What is included in the Cabin? The cabins are equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker and toaster.Bedding and linens included.
Is there a minimum stay? A minimum of two nights stay is required.
Is a deposit required? A deposit of 50% of the full amount is due upon making the reservation to confirm your reservation. The remainder of the entire amount is due upon arrival. A damage deposit of $150 is due upon check in. This will be returned within 7 days of departure once the cabin has been thoroughly inspected by our staff.
What about cancellations? Cancellations made at least thirty days prior to check in will receive the entire deposit back minus a $25 handling fee. If the cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to reservation date there is no refund.
Can I bring my pet? Well behaved pets are welcome with nominal fee..
What about smoking? For the health and comfort of all our guests no smoking is allowed in the cabins.
What are the check in and check out times? Check in is 4 PM and check out is 10 AM. Any requests for earlier or later times must be made through our front office and may incur additional charges.
