Policies

• Smoking: No-smoking in cabins
• Pets: Accommodations for pets with deposit
• Minimum Stay Required: 2 night minimum
• Check In Time: 3-6 p.m.
• Check Out Time: 11:00 a.m.
• Hot Tubs: children under 16 not allowed in hot tubs without adult supervision
• Maid Service: available upon request for an additional charge, includes changing linens, vacuuming, and bathroom cleaning. Kitchen dishes washed and trash disposed of by customer in provided receptacles.
  

Reservations:

• Accepted Methods of Payment: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, cash, personal check, traveler's checks. If using personal check, reservations will not be confirmed until check is cleared
• Deposit Required For Reservations: one night's rental
• Refundable Damage Deposit: Damage deposit for cash or check customers will be $200; for credit card customers any damage or loss will be charged accordingly.
• Reservation Cancelation: Cancelations within 2 weeks prior to reservation dates are subject to refund of deposit if lodging is rerented, less a $20 service charge. No-shows will be charged full deposit.
